Trying to upgrade from v1.23 to v1.26 and the system just goes to next page and nothing happens.

Is the upgrade server currently unreachable?

When upgrade does start working, will the pro version be auto installed?

If not what is the procedure for getting the pro version for those that should be getting it?

Thanks for the assistance and a great product!

I believe pretty much everyone can be added to the list. Is there a status update on when this will be corrected?

The new installer is not automatically downloaded to your server. I am not sure why. We are investigating the issue. For now, you need to download the new installer manually.

1. SSH to your cPanel server as root, remove the license files:

rm -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/rvsitebuilder.lic
rm -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/rvsitebuilder.lic

2. Download the installer using the command below:

cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/
rm -f rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
tar -xvf rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
chmod 755 addon_rvsitebuilder.cgi

3. Open root WHM, at the bottom left menu under Add-ons section, you will find RVSiteBuilder Installer menu. Click RVSiteBuilder Installer to begin the installation process. The process will looks like the installation, but in step2, it will detect your previous installation and switch itself to do the update.

Installation will take 15 - 30 minutes depend on your connection speed. Please be patient.

2 x servers, 2 x the same situation as above (the installer hangs while verifing the installer package).
Question: just on how many machines/configurations do you test the package before it gets officially released?

2nd question: RV SiteBuilder installer/updater needs wget to download files from the Internet. Why doesn't it (installer/updater) check every time, before making an update, if the wget binary is available and it has correct permissions? Are there any other binaries that need to be present and have correct permissions for RV SiteBuilder to work correctly?

Package is verified through the SSL tunnel for the maximum security. Please submit me the support ticket with your server IP address. I will check the request log.

In the latest installer/updater, it doesn't use wget for downloading files. Downloading by plain socket connection to avoid the permission on the binary wget file.

The quoted command need to run on SSH as root. If you don't have root access, you need to request to your provider to do so.
