I have a little question about antivirus. Even I inserting /usr/local/cpanel/base/eximacl/antivirusandspam.exim under options section in whm, after saving, when I click in switch to advanced mode, I can see this:

#!!# message_filter renamed system_filter
system_filter = /etc/antivirus.exim
message_body_visible = 5000

Is it normal?

It is normal. What you see in advance mode is not a final exim.pl. The final is /etc/exim.pl. You can verify it after save the config.
