HI,

I get the following error on many servers many times during the week:

Is your disk space full?

Please try again by SSH to your server as root and run.
rm -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/rvsitebuilderversion.txt
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi

It will show you more information while updating. If no problem, check your rvsitebuilder again. If you encounter the problem while runing above command, please post me back the informaion you get on the SSH.

No, disk space is not full.

I get the same error from MANY servers.

It completes the autoupdate on some days but also gives the error on some days.

Possibly the large number of template files cause the issue. We may need to split the template files to several tar ball. I will check and confirm you the issue again.
