Full Version: Missing pages since Step 4

Hello,

I'm having some problems with one of our client's website projects. In Step 4, I see 8 pages (inc. HOME), but 4 of them are marked with "***".

When I continue to Step 5, I only see 4 pages (those without the "***" mark in Step 4).

Where did these 4 pages go? What does "***" mean?

*** is extra component. At this time is Contact Form, Gallery, and Guestbook. Do you disable those component in root WHM/ RVSiteBuilder Manager/Component.

No. These three components have never been disabled.

I can add all of them in Step 4 and they are visible in Step 5.

The account that owns this RVSB project has been moved from another server and the project in question has been restored.

I know that there is conflict of component ID between server. How do you move it from another server?

The "dirty" way. I've restored the account using the WHM > Backup > Restore a Full Backup/cpmove file and restored the whole RVSB database on the new machine using a SQL dump file from the old machine. Then, I went to the user's cPanel > RVSiteBuilder and clicked on Restore project

Please submit support ticket at http://support.cpanellicense.com/. Attach the following file or information. Submitted information must be the most up-to-date information on the new server.

1. rvsitebuilder database: You can find it in WHM/PHPMyAdmin. Browse to RVSiteBuilder database, and export data as .sql file.
2. User name of the account which have a problem.
3. Project name of the account in question 2.
4. Owner of the hosting account in question 2.
