This is twice when happening this:

[RVSiteBuilder Manager]

Nothing useful in Log.

We have tried reinstalling both ways, ssh and via web also.
None works.

The first time when happened, situation just solved alone after 1-2 days.

Please give us a hint.

Please try to force update using this command.

rm -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/INSTALL_COMPLETE.php
rm -f /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/rvsitebuilderversion.txt
perl /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/rvsitebuilderinstaller/autoinstaller.cgi

And go to root WHM/RVSiteBuilder, it will automatically rebuild the database for you. If doesn't work, please submit me the login information to the account in question or attach me the snapshot of what you did and its result.

CGI OK now,

RVSiteBuilder has been successfully updated to the latest version.
Run on: 9 May 2008 - 12:47:48

But:
WHM > RVSiteBuilder Manager >
Building Database
Status: dropping existing tables
and nothing happens.

What should we do now?

Try running above command again. If doesn't work, please submit root access at http://support.cpanellicense.com/ , we will take a look.

cPanel upgraded to the latest Release version, the problem with rvSiteBuidler is the same:
WHM 11.15.0 cPanel 11.18.6-R24255
CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

cPanel/WHM Upgrades are done manualy only the packages and security updates are done automatically.

After completing the commands the problem is the same:

Internal Server Error

Premature end of script headers: php: Please check /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for the exact error.


The installation is completed successfully but the sitebuilder still doesn't work. Any ideas without giving you root access on the server ?
If the installation is made from WHM then the error appears right before the Settings Screen (the one where the database/user needs to be provided).

For anyone having the same problem as above, for us the solution was very simple. Check the log file from rvsitebuilder located in /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/var/log/php_log.txt

The file was very big 2GB, empty the file and reinstall sitebuilder -> all good.
