Full Version: bug when using different browsers

Hi,

I don't know if this affects all users, but for me I have discovered a very significant bug in the system.
The problem is:
I set up a project using Internet Explorer and add several pages of content. I then later return using a different browser (firefox or chrome) and log in to the same web hosting account. The project I have saved is still there - however, when I click on it to edit the content - all the content disappears and I have to start choosing a site name, selecting a template and creating content from the very beginning again.

This also happens if I don't log in to an account for over a month - the content of a project disappears and I have to re-write the whole content.
A temporary solution I have found is to take back-up copies of the site and keep using them each time the problem occurs.

Can you guys fix this problem?
Thanks,
Enoch

I never heard the issue and it is impossible all contents will be removed when switch the browser. If the problem really happen, the contents are not removed but possibly the project_id was changed. But I still cannot imagine how this could happen. Do you working on the different project in the same time?

Hi,
No I did not work on any other project in the mean time.

I have tested this several times with the same result.

I can private message you the access details so that you can have a look for your self.

Thanks for that.

How do I access the helpdesk - I don't have a username and password?
Do I just create a new user or do I wait until the helpdesk team contacts me?

Thanks,
Enoch
