is there a way to change the background with a CSS background on a built in template using RVSitebuider?
when i change the html in the editor it never shows up when published.
it says to: Paste the code that you copied in Step 1 directly above the < /body> tag of your page
which never shows up on the html editor.

You can always export the template and update the style.css and then import the template. Or you can use FTP to download the style.css file, edit it, and re-upload it.
