On one of the servers we have after testing following a new paid installation carried out, when you attempt to run the clam av scan from cpanel it proceeds to the scanner.html page with the scanner progress stuck on "loading...."

The scan is not able to start and will not proceed further. This is for all accounts.

Please can you advise what to do on this.

I asked your login information but you don't reply me back. Please allow me to access the server and then I can take a look.
