What do I need to install on the server to ensure that the thumbnails are displaying in the photo gallery?
Was working before - customer was moved to a new server and now any new gallery she adds, the thumbnail is not showing - it displays a tiny empty box. If you click it, the main image is correctly displayed.
I'm guessing that we didnt install something that is required on the server. GD library is installed.
Any advice?
I thought I'd forgotten to install imagemagick on the server but I hadnt. So I still dont know why the thumbnails arent being generated.
Any ideas?
Can I have a response from support please. Customers cant create galleries - the thumbnails dont work.

Are you sure imagemagick is installeD?
You can test imagemagick running this as root: /scripts/checkimagemagick
If your ImageMagick is not working, run the following as root: /scripts/installimagemagick

Yes, its installed and working fine.
I have logged into the customers sitebuilder and tried to add a new image - when doing so, no thumbnail is created, only the word "iconimage" appears in place of where the thumbnail should be.
Customer is unhappy - can you provide me with some support please?
I have forced a reinstall of site builder - I have reinstalled imagemagick.
The image gallery in your software will not generate thumbnails for new galleries added.
The account was moved from one cpanel server to another recently.
Please do not continue to ignore me, I'm getting tired of this problem.

There is a highly chance that imagemagick is broken, or permission of it is incorrect. Does /usr/bin/convert or /usr/local/bin/convert exist on your server? Make sure its permission is 755. If not work, you will need to create support ticket. We need to access to the account in question.
