I have a few clients that when they try to login to the RVS via cPanel, they get the following error:

rvsitebuilder
>send bug report<

Oops!
It seems an error has occured, the page you are trying to reach is not accessible. We'll do our best to fix this soon.

Any hints or tips what the problem might be? They are unable to updated their sites which is pretty frustrating.

Hi John,

Have you tried updating to the latest version of RVSiteBuilder? I've had a few issues with it now, and the majority were fixed by either recompiling cPanel's internal php with /scripts/makecpphp or by updating RVSiteBuilder from WHM -> RVSiteBuilder Manager.

Other then that, might be best to submit a support ticket.

Cheers,
Craig

I would not exactly say the majority were fixed, still a lot of issues outstanding...

It's strange as I had this problem about 4 months ago and it took days for it to be fixed, this was after asking my host provider to update scripts and Rvsitebuilder support asking me to add this & that, finally it was fixed.

BUT this morning I started to edit a page on my site and closed everything down as I normally do, later today I tried to gain access through Cpanel and the OOPS! MESSAGE came up again, I have sent off a support ticket..........why does this always seem to happen when I have deadline to get my site updated, it's like it knows, it's really starting to piss me off as everytime I have a major event for my site I have problems.
