Hi all.

I have recently upgraded to the newest version of RV Site Builder by following the instructions here - http://forums.rvskin.com/index.php?s=&...ost&p=15561
I had to do it this way because of an error we were getting which is described in that thread. Unfortunately I am getting a new error which we have not been able to resolve or find a solution for. This error affects all users on the server.

CODE

>Cannot create user folder becuse Executing command /var/cpanel/rvglobalsoft/rvsitebuilder/rvbin/rvswrapper bc6fa2573c337123024a16b0d5678780 cpanel failed. Error code : 1.<

The cPanel/WHM versions are: cPanel 11.25.0-C42404 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9
We're running RV Site Builder 4.08.

There were no errors during the installation, but customers cannot access their Site Builder due to the error I posted above and are getting rather irrate. Any help with this one is greatly appreciated!

Thanks for replying Peoplespaces. I have tried the solution from that post several times to no avail. Have also made sure GCC is executable by everybody as directed while rebuilding PHP, but we're still getting the same error when a customer attempts to open RV Site Builder.
